Greeting
It is my pleasure to invite you to take part in the International Symposium on Fundamentals of Laser-Assisted Micro– & Nanotechnologies FLAMN – 22 that will take place on 27-30 June 2022.

The Symposium is to be held in fabulous Saint Petersburg which is called the cultural capital of Russia. Due to the uncertain situation in the world FLAMN – 22 is planned in a hybrid format: we invite you to enjoy the fantastic white nights in person or participate in the symposium virtually.

The Symposium continues well-known traditional symposia including LAMN (LaserAssisted Micro–and Nanotechnologies) and LMI (Laser-Matter Interaction) conferences used to be organized in former Leningrad, USSR since the middle of the sixties of the past century.

The Symposium is to be devoted to the broad spectrum of laser micro– and nano–processing: from physical fundamentals of different processes and their experimental demonstration to the development and implementation of industrial equipment.

Prof. Vadim P. Veiko General chair
Head of International scientific laboratory of laser micro- and nanotechnology
